Cancellation Policy

Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.

Cancellation Policy Notice

To provide the best service to all clients, we require advance notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who miss their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full service amount or may be required to prepay for future bookings.
